ZRJ-100L真空乳化搅拌机
1整机外形尺寸：长×宽×高×全高 2950×2100×2120×2970MM
2 乳化锅：工作容积100L 材料SUS316L ，蒸汽加热，水冷却。
3 结构形式：三层结构，上下封头，上封头与罐体用法兰连接。下封头直接与罐体相连，罐体内胆材料为316L。厚度为5mm，内抛光300MESH（卫生级），夹套材料为SUS304，厚度为4mm，工作压力0.3 MPa，保温外套为304材质 ，厚度2mm，外抛光300MESH（卫生级），所有焊缝磨平后抛光处理，保温材料，采用PU聚氨脂发泡液工艺。
4 锅内带三套搅拌装置：
1，高速剪切均质乳化，功率4KW 转速0-3300r/min（变频调速）
2，回流式框形搅拌浆，功率1.5KW 转速0-80r/min（变频调速）
3，逆向搅拌，刮壁与搅拌浆同一个电机传动 ，转速0-80r/min
5 罐体上主要配件：进料口配有管道过滤器，加料口，吸真空口，无菌呼吸口，带灯带雾刷视镜，温度传感器，CIP清洗器，出料口，安全阀，压力表，负压感应器等装置。
6 预处理锅：（油，水锅）
水锅容量80 L；油锅容量80L；各一台，电加热，水冷却。
结构形式：锅盖半开启式，安装在机架上，带分散刀搅拌，配有自控温度仪装置。
三层结构：内胆材料为SUS316L，厚度为5mm，内抛光300MESH（卫生级）。中胆材料为SUS304，厚度为4mm，工作压力0.3 MPa，保温外套材料为SUS304，厚度2mm,外抛光300MESH（卫生级），保温层采用PU聚氨脂发泡液工艺。分散刀搅拌功率1.1KW，转速960r/min，出料口配有卫生级气动放料阀。
7液压系统：
油箱，油缸，电磁阀，溢流阀，液压回流控制阀等结构。
8 真空系统：
主锅真空泵ZBV2060型，抽气量32㎡/h，电机功率1.1KW。
9 电气控制系统：
电器元件为施耐德产品，变频器为日本松下电工，按钮类采用施耐德公司产品。仪表，传感器，温控仪等采用国内优质产品。温度控制，输入数据，自动控制。
10 密封
密封材料，采用硅橡胶密封垫进行密封。
11 线端接点全部采用压帽工艺连接。
12 本机分两组结构，底脚根据用户要求可以安装机架平台上（油水锅架）。
13 外表面的各拐角处全部圆弧过度，手感平滑。
